Before we can start refinishing your floors, it's essential that our team first does an on-site inspection. During this tour, we’ll examine your space and your floor to help you decide on the right kind of finish to use. You can choose from a water-based polyurethane or an oil-based one to accentuate your wood’s colour and grain. Each option has a number of advantages, but the right choice depends on you, your home, and your lifestyle.

On the day of refinishing, leave all the work to our team. We’ll fix any protruding nails and loose floorboards for you — say goodbye to squeaky floors. After this, we carefully clean your floors to remove all debris.

Floors require some preparation before we can start refinishing them. Whether this entails sanding or another procedure, we do it all as part of the refinishing package. During this phase, we’ll typically use either a drum or belt sander to remove the previous finish, and all scratches and stains. While it may be challenging to remove deep dents and discoloration from your floors, most scratches and stains disappear effortlessly.
